Ask a question
They are not what the southern bestiaries call minotaurs. The southern bestiaries describe a man with the head of a bull. The Marduk Minotaurs are the older thing — the half-taur, half-dwarf, the form the bull-god Marduk himself was said to wear when he walked among his faithful. The Marduk Minotaurs are the monstrous infantry of the Cult of Marduk — towering hybrid warriors descended from the ancient Kusarikku lineage, the bull-men of the deep Mesopotamian myth-cycles brought into the chaos-dwarven order through ten thousand years of bull-god worship and the slow patient blurring of one bloodline into another. They are not soldiers in the regular sense. They are not infantry in the regular sense. They are something the Cult of Marduk has been growing in the deep temple-stables for centuries, fed on ritual grain and bull-blood and the cuneiform sermons of the inner priesthood, raised to a size and weight no ordinary dwarf can match. Each Minotaur stands twice the height of a regular Marduk Warrior. Each shoulder is wide enough to carry the laminar armor of a chaos-dwarven heavy guard with room to spare. Each hoofstep impacts the ground with the heavy authority of a war-beast that has decided exactly where it is going. They wear the same laminar armor and ritual cloth as their regular dwarven kin, but scaled up — the plates wider, the straps thicker, the shoulder-pieces forged for the broader frame. Their weapons are the heavy gear of monstrous infantry: runic axes etched with the cuneiform of the bull-god, hand-weapons paired with massive etched shields that bear the names of every Kusarikku ancestor who has held this position before them, or two-handed great-weapons forged for the broader grip. The Captain and the Bannerman lead the formation in the parade-rank, their stance more upright, their armor decorated with the additional ritual marks of the inner cult. The Musician carries the heavy-pitched horn whose voice carries across a battlefield in a tone the regular infantry cannot reproduce. And when the Minotaurs commit — when the priesthood signals the moment for the heavy infantry charge — the line in front of them does not hold. The line in front of them never holds. Designed by Highlands Miniatures and printed in Texas by Border3D LLC on an Elegoo Saturn 4 Ultra 12K machine — every laminar armor plate, every runic axe-head, every hoof step texture, every cuneiform shield-mark rendered at maximum resolution in high-fidelity photopolymer resin. Officially licensed by Highlands Miniatures — printed and quality-checked by Border3D LLC, a verified licensed partner. Available in two scales — 28mm for classic rank-and-flank wargaming, and 32mm for heroic-scale tabletop. Choose at checkout. Available in seven pack options — from a Single Minotaur for character or hero-tier builds, up to a Full Battalion of 13 for serious wargaming armies, plus a dedicated Command Group (Captain + Bannerman + Musician) for command-section completers. Each pack ships with a default mix of one-handed (hand weapon + shield) and two-handed weapon options for visual variety in the formation. Miniatures ship unassembled — the one-handed Minotaurs have modular hands for hand-weapon-and-shield builds, while the two-handed Minotaurs and command pieces are single-piece sculpts. Pre-cleaned, support-cleaned, ready for assembly with super glue and your primer. Free 50x75mm scenic monstrous-infantry bases included with every pack
