This cosplay armor set includes the full A-35 Recon body armor — chest to boots, no helmet — designed by Galactic Armory and printed under official license by Border3D LLC. Built for the builder who already owns a helmet or is sourcing one separately.
Recon operators travel light but they do not travel unprotected. This is the body kit that goes under the radar — streamlined plates, low-profile shoulders, functional forearm sections, all designed for someone who moves fast and stays mobile. The armor that says you were already behind their line before they knew you were there.
The complete body kit includes 46 keyed and easy-to-assemble parts covering chest plate, shoulder pauldrons, upper arm guards, forearm sections, hand plates, hip and thigh armor, shin guards, and boot covers. Every part in this cosplay armor set is printed in durable PLA+ filament on Bambu Lab X1C and K2 Plus machines. Pre-cut parts are included for smaller printers.
This is a build project. This cosplay armor set ships raw — supports removed, parts separated and keyed for alignment, ready for your glue, filler, primer, and paint.
