FILAMENT COLOR REQUESTS

We are happy to accept PLA+ filament color requests and will make a reasonable effort to accommodate your preferred color.

However, filament color requests are preferences only and are not guaranteed.

Because each armor kit is made to order and requires a large amount of material, Border3D LLC may use any high-quality PLA+ filament currently available in our workshop when:

• The requested color is unavailable
• We do not have enough of the requested color to complete the entire armor set
• Material availability changes during production
• The armor is needed for a specific event date
• Using another available color is necessary to prevent a production delay

Your armor may be printed in black, gray, green, white, or another available color. Some orders may contain parts printed in more than one filament color.

Filament color does not affect the quality, durability, fit, or intended use of the armor. This is a raw build kit designed to be sanded, primed, and painted by the buyer.

When an order is needed for a particular date, completing the armor on schedule will take priority over matching a requested raw filament color.

RAW BUILD KIT: WHAT TO EXPECT

Your order will arrive as a raw 3D printed project.

We remove the primary printing supports and inspect the components before packaging. However, normal characteristics of FDM 3D printing should be expected.

These may include:

• Visible layer lines
• Support marks
• Seams and connection points
• Small surface imperfections
• Areas requiring sanding or filling
• Minor cleanup around support locations
• Variations in surface texture
• Parts printed in different filament colors

These characteristics are normal for a raw 3D printed cosplay kit and are not considered defects.

The buyer is responsible for completing all final assembly and finishing work.

Submitting an event date does not automatically guarantee delivery by that date.

A required date is accepted only when Border3D LLC confirms it in writing before purchase.

When an event date has been approved, Border3D LLC may use any high-quality PLA+ filament available in our workshop to keep production moving.

Completing the armor within the approved production schedule will take priority over matching a requested raw filament color.

PROCESSING TIME

Every armor kit is made to order.

Estimated processing time will depend on:

• Replacement of components that do not pass inspection

Full armor sets require extensive printing, inspection, reprinting when necessary, packaging, and preparation.

The primary printing supports are removed.

IS A FINISHED VISOR INCLUDED?

CUSTOM SIZING

DAMAGED ITEMS

REFUSED, ABANDONED & RETURN-TO-SENDER PACKAGES

Packages that are refused, abandoned, unclaimed, or returned to sender do not automatically qualify for a refund.

The buyer may be responsible for additional shipping costs when reshipment is required because of:
