This is a made-to-order cosplay armor set — a fully wearable, 3D printed lone-wolf super soldier armor and helmet build designed by Galactic Armory and printed in durable PLA+ by Border3D LLC.
This is the loadout of the lone operator — the soldier who finishes the fight alone. The weathered, battle-hardened super-soldier silhouette and that unmistakable angular recon helmet read instantly on the convention floor and dominate a photo. Whether you're building a full impression or mounting the legendary helmet on a display stand, this kit gives you a screen-accurate, high-detail foundation worthy of the most iconic powered armor in gaming.
The armor is engineered for real wear — every piece separated and keyed for clean assembly and pre-cut so parts fit on standard-size printers. The helmet ships in multiple versions for assembly and casting, and the head opening fits up to a 24.5" circumference at default scale.
Printed to order on our farm of Bambu Lab X1C and K2 Plus machines in PLA+, parts arrive pre-separated, keyed, and ready to glue up. We can rescale the whole suit to your measurements.
This is a build project. Ships raw — supports removed, parts separated, ready for your glue, filler, primer, and paint. You bring the EVA foam strapping and finishing; we deliver clean, accurate prints to start from.
