Ask a question
This is a made-to-order cosplay helmet — a fully wearable, 3D printed orbital drop trooper helmet designed by Galactic Armory and printed in durable PLA+ by Border3D LLC.
This is the helmet of the seasoned drop-trooper — the veteran operator who's seen every kind of fight and come back from all of them. The distinctive angular shell, the low-profile visor, the worn-in tactical character all read instantly on the convention floor and photograph beautifully. Whether you're completing a full drop-trooper impression or mounting this piece on a display stand as a centerpiece, it's a screen-accurate, high-detail foundation to build on.
Printed to order on our Bambu Lab X1C and K2 Plus machines in PLA+, the helmet comes in multiple versions for assembly and casting, with a vacuum-forming visor buck so you can form your own visor. The head opening fits up to a 24.5" circumference at default scale, and we can rescale it to your measurements.
This is a build project. The Raw Kit ships with supports removed, parts separated, ready for your glue, filler, primer, and paint. Prefer a head start? The optional Assembled & Smoothed tier arrives glued up with seams smoothed and primer-ready.
Designed by Galactic Armory — one of the most respected names in 3D-printable cosplay engineering. We are an officially licensed print partner.
